Knickerlicious is a business designed to meet it's customer's needs. We believe the key to customer satisfaction is great communication, quick and discreet delivery, and high quality products. The theme of Knickerlicious is designed to be friendly, clear and light hearted. There are no pop-ups or misleading advertisments. We offer accurate descriptions of products surrounded by genuine customer reviews and comments, ensuring you pick the right products at the first attempt - that doesn't mean we don't want you to come back though!
Worried about the postman finding out where your packages are coming from?
With Knickerlicious you don't have to worry! All of our packages are sent without any indication of the package contents, no brand names, or Knickerlicious name. The only address apart from yours is a PO BOX return address to SCL.
Depending on your selected method of delivery your packaging will be a brown padded paper envelope, or a silver plastic padded bag.
We try and despatch all of our orders the same day or at the very latest early the next day.
Product Return Policy:
Knickerlicious.co.uk offer a Customer Satisfying service, for all returns!
We will accept the return of any product that you purchase from us within 30days if the product is un-opened and un-used.
Unwanted Purchases
Due to the nature of the products listed on www.Knickerlicious.co.uk we cannot accept the return of any items that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons, we're sure you understand.
If the item has not been opened or used you can return this product to us within 30days of purchase and we will refund you for the value of the product. In the event of returning an item of clothing, all tags must be intact.
If you have placed an order and change your mind, this is fine, you can cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund, and if the goods have been delivered you can return them to us and we will reimburse you for the postage. In this instance please return the item by 2nd class recorded delivery.
Faulty Goods
We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our stock is always at the highest level and in the unfortunate instances where an item is received that is faulty we will exchange this item for you on the day that we receive it back from you, and we will reimburse you for your postage costs.
In the event of a faulty item, please return this to us 1st class recorded delivery.

Refunds
We aim to refund you either by cheque or credit on your credit or debit card within 14days of receipt of your unwanted, unopened and unused product. Please note we will authorise the refund within 14days but due to delays caused by your bank you may not receive the cleared funds until 17-21 days after receipt of the returned item so shop carefully!
Customer Complaints
All Customer Complaints are recorded as part of our Quality Control Procedures and you will receive a written response by email or Royal Mail within 7days. If you have a complaint please email sales@Knickerlicious.co.uk.
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
