| We make sure all of our orders are 100% discreet, with no description of where your package has come from, the return address is a UK PO BOX and your bank statement will not say Knickerlicious. If you pay by paypal your account will not list what you have bought and will not say Knickerlicious - all it will say is SCL Products. |
| We understand that it is difficult trying to decide on which products to order without physically seeing them, so we try to provide you with as much information as possible with large and clear images, and when it arrives and it's not what you want - just send it back, no questions and we'll refund you along with the cost of you having to send it back! (But please don't use them, as hygeine is an important issue for us) |
| In the unlikely event a product is broken, or breaks just let us know - if you've used it we will ask you to dispose of the item and we'll either refund you or send you another one, no problem! |
